ADULT STUDY & FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Small groups, friendly people, individuals looking for ways to grow in their spiritual lives – this describes the core values in a variety of our groups that meet throughout the year! Check out the list below and feel free to email the contact person for more information, or just show up and join us. We’d love to meet you and have you join us anytime!

SEEKERS CLASS
Meets Sunday Mornings
11 a.m. – Library Classroom

This is usually a 10-week format using a book & study guide and main topic or theme for the 10-week period. The class is open to suggestions and recommendations for future studies.

BIBLE CLASS
Meets Sunday Mornings
11 a.m. – Bible Classroom
Contact: Hershel McCorkle

The Bible Class is studying the book of John  and is a Bible Study for adults of all ages and life situations.  Hershel McCorkle facilitates this study and they use Barclays commentary as a source of reference.  Please feel free and join us at any point in this study and as you are able.

MEN’S FELLOWSHIP & BIBLE STUDY
Meets Thursday Evenings
7:00 p.m. – Bible Classroom

This is an open format of fellowship and study – choosing a scripture.

THIRD THURSDAY LUNCHEONS
Meets the Third Thursday Each Month (May through November)
12:00 Noon – Wesley Hall
Pitch-In Luncheon – Please bring a dish to share

Everyone is invited to attend these monthly gatherings. Each month holds a different learning experience. Some of our guest speakers for 2010 include: Jaci Fletcher – Hike to Picca Micchu, Susie DeLong of United Faith Housing – Report and Opportunities available at any of the United Faith Housing Facilities, Don McAllister, Co-Founder of the National Archives of American Veterans.

CHARITY CIRCLE
Meets the fourth Tuesday of each month
Focus: Service Projects

Women of all ages are invited to attend these monthly opportunities in service and in fellowship. Participants need not be a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church, only to have a heart to serve.

MARY, MARTHA, RUTH CIRCLE
Meets the 2nd Monday of Each Month in Wesley Hall

Women of all ages are invited to participate in these monthly gatherings.
